Wednesday, Fun Day . . .

"Sunday, Fun Day" was such a hit that we decided to have a repeat performance.  So we sat around and relaxed most of the day, watching the weather change from gray to sunshine, and relaxed.  Various members of our team played with their iPads, Zentangled, painted, read, did needlework, and so on.  To combat laziness we left early for our dinner at the Wayfarer in Cannon Beach, and walked around town.  Dinner was beyond delicious (3 of us had planked salmon) and we had the best waitress.  Waitressing is her second job, and her first is as an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force.  She also has 3 boys at home, ages 3 to 12, and, evidently, the best husband around (he is a builder).  Today we will be off to see the Spruce Goose at the Evergreen Air Museum in Mcminnville.
